Terms of use
Last updated: October 24, 2026
By using Callbox you agree to these terms.
The service
Callbox records the audio of Google Meet calls you choose to record, with its Chrome extension, and saves it to your Google Drive. It is provided as it is, without guarantees: keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose. Your recordings live in your Drive and stay yours.
Your responsibilities
- Get the consent of the people you record, as the law where you and they are requires. Callbox does not tell them.
- Use Callbox only for calls you take part in, and only lawfully.
- Keep your Google account and the browsers you link to Callbox secure.
Limits and suspension
A recording can be at most 6 hours long, and the server holds a limited amount of your audio that is not in your Drive yet. Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended.
Ending
You can stop at any time: delete your account in Settings. What that deletes is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
These terms can change. The date at the top shows the last change; continuing to use Callbox after a change means you accept it.
